Chocolate Recalled Over Undeclared Allergen

A popular Australian chocolate brand has recalled two of its products over concerns about an undeclared allergen. On Jan. 22, Koko Black announced a recall of its A Jar of Stars 54 percent Dark 140g and A Bon Bon of Stars 54 percent Dark 200g products, following the detection of milk, an ingredient not listed on the package. Consumers with a milk allergy or intolerance have been advised not to eat the products as they may cause unwanted reactions. The company also urged consumers who had bought the products to return them for a full refund. All products with best-before dates up to and including July 31, 2024, were subject to the recall....
