Former Postmedia columnist Sabrina Maddeaux is the latest media personality saying she wants to run as a candidate for the Conservatives ahead of the next federal election. Ms. Maddeaux, a former columnist for the National Post, announced her candidacy for the Tory nomination in the riding of Aurora-Oak Ridges-Richmond Hill in Ontario on Jan. 17 post on social media platform X.
