According to a local report in Chicago, there have been long lines of cars with dead batteries waiting to charge at stations that aren’t working. “It’s a disaster,” one person told Fox 32 Chicago. Another person told the local media outlet that he had been waiting for three hours in the below-freezing temperatures trying to charge his Tesla. “Nothing. No Juice.
