You might be familiar with New York, Neapolitan, Detroit, or Chicago-style pizza, but another kind has been gaining popularity in Northern California, and that is Sicilian-style pizza. Sicilian pizza is a square style pan pizza with a thick focaccia-like crust. It’s crunchy on the bottom and soft and pillowy in the middle.
