Cold Wave Freezes Much of China, Strained State Budgets Fail Earthquake Survivors

Cold waves have hit most parts of China this winter bringing temperature to historical low, and more to come, according to the national forecast. Southern provinces in subtropics are seeing rare snowfalls, while earthquake evacuees in the northwest staying outdoors in below freezing temperature lighting fires for warmth. The Chinese communist regime has been exposed for not even having enough funds to clear snow from city streets or providing the necessary relief to quake survivors stranded  in the freezing cold weather. Following the last cold wave that swept China, shutting down highways just a few days ago, another round of strong cold air is hitting most parts of the country....
