California Repeat DUI Offender Convicted of Murder After Crash Kills Woman

A California man was found guilty of murder and four additional counts of driving under the influence, by a Sacramento County jury Dec. 11, after he crashed into a motorcycle last year, killing the cyclist and severely injuring her husband. Jonathan Lindow, 52, had five previous DUI-related charges, according to a statement from the Sacramento District Attorney’s office. The crash occurred Nov. 9, 2022, killing Lindsay Crawford. Her husband suffered a fractured collarbone and vertebrae among other injuries, the DA’s office said.
