Housing Agency Head Says No Plan Yet to Fill Housing Shortage

The head of Canada’s housing agency says a plan to solve the country’s shortage of homes has yet to be completed. “No there is not a plan,” said Romy Bowers, CEO of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), while testifying before the Senate finance committee on Dec. 5. Ms. Bowers was answering questions from Sen.
