Pentagon: US Warship, Multiple Commercial Vessels Attacked in Red Sea

An American military warship and several commercial vessels were under attack in the Red Sea, the Pentagon confirmed on Sunday. “We’re aware of reports regarding attacks on the USS Carney and commercial vessels in the Red Sea and will provide information as it becomes available, later,” a Pentagon spokesperson told several news outlets.
