“How Can They Do That?”: Nonpartisan Report Notes Increase in Fast-Tracking of Legislation in Kentucky

Transparency and Citizen Participation in Kentucky’s Legislative Process,” highlighting the increasing use of a fast-track process in the Kentucky General Assembly.
