Matt Rosendale (R-Mt.) said Tuesday that he’s convinced the evidence in President Joe Biden’s impeachment inquiry is enough for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to take action—but that he’s not so sure an impeachment trial in the Senate will actually succeed in removing him from office.
