Trump Leads Biden in National Poll, Maintains 47 Percent Support

Former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden by four points in a potential 2024 presidential match-up, according to a new poll. A survey conducted by Emerson College released on Wednesday finds that President Trump has maintained his previous level of support of 47 percent, while President Biden has seen his numbers drop from 45 percent to 43 percent, with an additional 10 percent of respondents unsure which candidate they would vote for. The eyes of the nation are trained on President Biden as the likely Democrat nominee for 2024 and President Trump as the likely Republican nominee. This would cause a 2024 presidential race in the general election to match up to the 2020 race, the results of which have caused continuing tension nationwide....

Harney County Circuit Court Judge Robert Raschio ruled on Nov. 21 that Oregon’s Measure 114 gun control law violates the state’s constitutionally protected right to bear arms.The court issued a permanent injunction declaring that Ballot Measure 114 is “facially unconstitutional by a finding of clear and convincing evidence … thereby enjoining its implementation.”The court found that plaintiffs—Jos
