Canada-U.S. border crossings near Niagara Falls have been shut down following a vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge checkpoint on Nov. 22. The incident left two people dead. The U.S. FBI’s Buffalo field office said it was investigating the explosion, which took place on the U.S. side of the border. “The situation is fluid at this time,” the FBI office said in a statement issued just after 1 p.m. No further information was provided.
