At a House Oversight Committee hearing on “Oversight of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)” on Tuesday, Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) questioned GSA Administrator Robin Carnahan over the allocation of a site for a new FBI headquarters, and expressed concerns about conflicts of interest in the selection process.
