Security Guard Shot to Death at South Los Angeles Marijuana Dispensary

LOS ANGELES—A 27-year-old man shot to death inside a marijuana dispensary in South Los Angeles was a security guard at the business, authorities said Nov. 11. He was identified as Francisco Alonzo, according to a statement by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). The shooting was reported about 6:20 p.m. Friday in the 6600 block of Crenshaw Boulevard, near Hyde Park Boulevard, according to a dispatcher at the LAPD’s Operations Center.
