GARDEN GROVE, Calif.—Two 18-year-olds suspected of robbing two people at gunpoint outside a Garden Grove restaurant Nov. 10 evening led police on a high speed pursuit before crashing into a flower shop where they were arrested. The robbery occurred at 6:40 p.m. in a parking lot around Brookhurst Street and Westminster Avenue, according to Garden Grove police Sgt. Edgar Valencia. “The victim reported that she was sitting in a parking lot eating with a friend,” Mr. Valencia said. “The suspect approached the victims and pointed a handgun at them. After threatening to shoot the victims, the suspect stole approximately $200 in cash and fled the area.”...
